NGOCSTIP – Countering Human Trafficking: A 2025 Global Initiative is a two-day conference hosted by Pace University in New York City on March 3 and 4, 2025. This impactful event brings together experts, survivors, and advocates to explore critical strategies to combat human trafficking and violence against women and girls (VAWG). Attendees will be able to participate in expert-led discussions, witness firsthand survivor testimonies, and gain insights into how global communities are addressing the pervasive issue of trafficking and violence. The first day of the conference will take place on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Pace University’s One Pace Plaza, Student Center. The event will begin with registration from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., followed by panels and speakers from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Throughout the day, experts from the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and other countries will delve into various aspects of human trafficking. They will explore topics such as sex and labor exploitation, as well as the role of religion and cults. Furthermore, they will also examine the global impact of conflict, with particular focus on the ongoing war in Ukraine.

As with Day 1, registration will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. With panels and speakers scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Experts from around the world will present strategies for preventing violence and exploring successful initiatives that have made an impact in the fight against VAWG.
